Kids Teaching Kids Conferences - Volunteer roles
We are not taking any more volunteers for 2011. Please don't register your interest for International Kids Teaching Kids Conference - as all volunteer roles have been taken.
We are always looking to recruit enthusiastic interns and volunteers for our events. The roles listed below need to be filled at each conference, so please indicate on your "Registration of Interest" form which event location you would like to volunteer.
You don't have to live in the city or state of the conference to volunteer, many of the roles require planning that can be done from anywhere.
Every volunteer at the Kids Teaching Kids event is given plenty of support from the Kids Teaching Kids Program Management team and have you ready to play a part in any of our events.
We are always looking for enthusiastic people with the skills and confidence to:
-
lead large groups of young people
-
to oversee/support other volunteers
-
take part in the event activities
If you have good time management skills (the ability to get people from A to B on time) and some experience in event management, come and join us and see young people from all over Australia using their head, heart and hand to create a better environment
If you have the enthusiasm without the experience, that is ok! We are happy to have new people join as a volunteer and we can give you the training that will get you ‘event ready’!
All volunteers at the conference also:
-
Receive a conference staff t-shirt and other relevant conference merchandise.
-
Receive all catering for the day/s they are volunteering.
-
Be invited to attend the Conference social functions
To register as a volunteer please fill out the registration form. For all enquiries about roles, please contact Kids Teaching Kids on 03 9329 3736 or
