The Kids Teaching Kids Learning Model
The Kids Teaching Kids Learning Model is unique. It is inspired by the Learning Pyramid* that shows students might only retain 5% of knowledge through lecture and other traditional learning styles. In contrast, students retain for more - up to 90% - through teaching others.
At the heart of Kids Teaching Kids Learning Model is a belief that peer education is one of the most effective ways to encourage students to take responsibility for their learning and actions.
When peer education is applied to environmental issues, it can bring about great results for the sustainability of local communities all over Australia.
