Conference Key Dates and Program (Draft)

Key Dates:

March – May 2012 - Kids Teaching Kids Professional Development workshops for schools – teachers and students

April 24th 2012 - Confirmation of registration numbers and accommodation requirements, Expresssion of Interest: Gala Dinner Band & National Anthem

May 25^th 2012 - Registration closes, schools to receive final checklist of all requirements to attend draft workshop or main stage presentation plans, Expression of Interest Non-delegate student workshop attendance

July - Aug 2012 - Second Kids Teaching Kids Professional Development workshops for schools – teachers and students

August 13^th 2012

• Workshop and presentations details to be finalised and sent to Michelle Sanders (presenting schools only
• Cancellation fees apply if schools cancel registration after this date
• Student names, dietarry requirements required (all schools)
• Final changes to Accommodation requests
• Invoice payment due
• Photo release form due
• School Checklist form due

Sunday 14th October Conference Begins with registration from 1pm at Etihad Stadium Melbourne and concludes at 6:30pm at Melbourne Aquarium Tuesday 16th October.
