Travel to the Conference Venue

Travelling delegates will need to make their own way to their assigned hotel on Sunday 17th October and will need to make their way to airport / bus station on 20th October themselves. Delegates arriving at either Brisbane or Sunshine Coast airports should call either Sunair http://www.sunair.com.au/index.html or Col's Airport Shuttle http://www.airshuttle.com.au to arrange transfers.

All necessary transport during the conference days (4pm Sunday 17th to 4pm Tuesday 19th October) will be arranged by Kids Teaching Kids -  all other travel will need to be arranged by each school. We will only be using buses on Sunday evening and Tuesday, so delegates will need to arrive at The Events Centre on Monday and Tuesday mornings. This includes local schools arranging to be at The Event centre on time, and to arrange pick ups at close of activities. We will provide a full pick up and drop of schedule for local schools to provide to parents.

If you want to arrange activities on the Sunshine Coast before and or after the Conference, please visit http://www.sunshinecoastvisit.com.au/ for lots of great ideas and contact information.

Please remember all schools are responsible for ensuring that their students have appropriate supervision outside of conference hours, during Conference hours and travelling to and from the Conference Venue(s). The Conference Organisers do not assume responsibility for student supervision travelling to, during or after the event.
